How do you use the program?

The CellReset first phase is divided for 4 weeks

Breakfast: After awakening drink 300ml of cold herbal tea Herbaslim Tee with 2-3 spoonfuls of Activize 3 capsules of ProShape AminoBreakfast is 10-15 minutes later, you can choose:2 eggs (maximal number a day) – boiled, fried – an omelette or scrambled eggs (no salt)20 min later- 2 servings of Restorate.

Dinner:

 It is all right if you want to eat fish four times a day. It is the same as regards chicken or turkey, but you can only eat two eggs maximally.

Prepare your tea the night before so you can have it cold for next day. During the day divide and drink tea as said above, use water with Restorate.

Second, third and fourth weeks are -“green days” SPORT ALLOWED.

Breakfast:

15 min later 4-5 ounces of chicken, turkey, fish, tofu, seafood + 6 ounces of green vegetables
20 min later- 2 servings of Restorate.

Afternoon Meal:
1 glass of cold Herbaslim tea with 2-3 servings of Activizer +3 Proshape Amino
15 min later 4-5 ounces of chicken, turkey, fish, tofu, seafood + 6 ounces of green vegetables
20 min later- 2 servings of Restorate.

Dinner:

 You can use lemon / vinegar and oil – with meals. You can use other good oils to make a salad.
You can also replace a salad and eat one slice of rye bread instead or additionally to the salad eat 2 tomatoes. In the first 4 weeks it is important to minimize fructose.

In the second and third week try to follow 2 “White Days"
The fourth week do 3 "White Days"
